Biography
With a strong foundation in child and adolescent therapy, I bring a
compassionate and collaborative approach to supporting young people and
their families. I’v earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and
Sociology from SCSU, along with obtaining my Master’s in Mental Health
Counseling at Adelphi University.
I currently provide therapeutic services to children, adults, and
families. My work includes individual therapy for a wide range of
emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns, as well as family
therapy to support improved communication, connection, and overall
functioning. My clinical experience includes interning alongside a
school psychologist, providing insight into the academic, social, and
emotional challenges students face. I also served as a crisis
intervention specialist, where I supported individuals and families
during acute mental health situations.
In addition to my clinical work, I have been a dance teacher for
several years. Utilizing dance as a therapeutic outlet has deepened my
appreciation for creative expression as a tool for emotional growth and
self-discovery. I am passionate about helping clients build resilience,
develop healthy coping strategies, and thrive in all areas of life
