Felicia Ivey-Toure, PhD, LMHC

I am the Chief Executive Officer of Mind-Body and Inner-Self Mental Health Counseling Services and Board member of The Greenwich House Electives, with more than 25 years of experience in mental health and substance dependence disorders.

Throughout my career, I have served as an administrator, professor, trainer, and clinician, while also mentoring students from SUNY Buffalo, New York University, and Alfred University as they complete their clinical training. Honored with the 2022 Ladies in Leadership Award, I remain committed to strengthening communities across New York, New Jersey, and Florida.

My work focuses on supporting individuals facing addictions, mood disorders, trauma, identity-related challenges, and the transition from military to civilian life. I am especially passionate about raising awareness of mental health among unionized and public service workers and advancing collaborative solutions that drive lasting positive change.
