Dr. Konata Stallings, PsyD is an experienced clinical psychologist and mental health supervisor who has been making a meaningful impact in the mental health field since 2008. Over the course of his career, he has worked with diverse populations and trained numerous clinicians, helping them grow at every stage of their professional development.
Professional Background & Education
Dr. Stallings began his journey in mental health at Elmhurst Hospital’s Inpatient Child and Adolescent Unit, where he served as an activity therapist, supporting young patients through therapeutic engagement and structured care. Driven by a deep commitment to understanding the human mind, he earned his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) from Long Island University.
He later completed his postdoctoral training at St. Luke’s Hospital: Psychiatric Recovery Center, where he specialized in treating individuals coping with severe mental illness and psychosis. This experience solidified his expertise in managing complex psychiatric conditions with compassion and evidence-based methods.

Currently, Dr. Stallings serves with Optum Serve, where he treats and evaluates veterans, providing compassionate, trauma-informed care to those who have served our nation. Alongside this role, he maintains a private practice, offering therapy, evaluation, and supervision services for individuals, couples, and families.
